Volunteer Review.
There was a grand review held to-day, 3000 volunteers, and 900 British and Foreign seamen being present. The weather was brilliant. N- Z Oats. The Case of Mata S It is stated that Mr Vallance intends bringing an action against the Racing Club for having disqualified Mata, and it is expected that the disqualification will bo rescinded.
