The Montenegrin QuestionThe Albanian Chiefs have replied to the request of Dervisch Pasha that they should submit without opposition to the cession of Dnlcigno. They state that they cannot agree to the cession and will defend their territory with their lives. A body of Nizams were landed by Derviseh Pasha, but were prevented by the Albanians from entering Dulcigno. ST. PETERSBURG, November 8. Trial of Nihilists. The trial of a number of Nihilists charged with having perpetrated the explosion in the Winter Palace in February last has been commenced.
