BEMABKS. The month has been remarkably fine, occasionally like summer weather. There have been but two dull days during the month. The rainfall has bean less than half the average (1.084 inches) of the same month for previous five years, and has fallen during the night. Strong N.W. winds blew on the 11th, 15th, 19th, 26th, and 27th. On eleven mornings the thermometer on the grass registered below the freezing point. Prevailing winds have been N.E., E., and S.W. J.
