THE GERMAN CHURCH.

To the Editor of the Globe. Sib, —Noticing a local in your issue of yesterday describing the artistic finish of a crucifix said lo be intended for the German Church—Germany being known as Protestant Germany—and our Church being founded on those principles, the introduction of this crucifix may appear strange to your readers. To allay misapprehension, I beg to inform you that this crucifix has been introduced by the present minister contrary to our Church constitution and against the wish of a large part of our congregation, thereby causing great dissension. Yours, 4c., A PROTESTANT.
