CORRESPONDENCE.
YOMJM JEERING. To the Editor of the Globe. Sie, —Aa an old volunteer I would like to suggest to the non-commissioned officers ol the several companies the advisability of forming a claes for mutual instruction, where they could exchange ideas and work themselves up to a better state of proficiency, thereby relieving officers of work which the non-com-nissioned officers should attend to. Trusting the non com ui sioned officers will give it their best consideration, 1 am, &0., 18 5 9.
