CRICKET.

A match was played between the Midland Club's second eleven and the Bohemians on Saturday, and resulted in a draw in favor of the senior club. The scores were—Midland 179, Bohemians 55 for seven wickets. Turner 66, O'Callaghan 37, and Jones 24, were the principal scorers for the Midland. Andrews 16, and Ei'chio (not out) 12, were the only batsmen who made any stand against the Midland bowlers. A match was played between the Bohemian second eleven and the " Lyttelton Timeß," and resulted in an easy victory for the Bohemians. The scores were—Bohemians 42, " Times " 26, and 15 for the loss of six wickets. Milln for the Bohemians and Atack for the " Times," bowled exceedingly well.
