ORIENTAL EXHIBITION.

The exhibition of Oriental curios of Messrs Kaurt and Ali, in Meiers Ford and Co.'s new building, in Cashel street, opened yesterday, and up to the hour of closing was thronged with a constant stream of visitors. The various beautiful articles of rare workmanship excited universal admiration, some of the ornamental carved woodware being perfect gems of art. The variety of useful and ornamental articles in the rarest woods was endless, and it would take days instead of hours to make a thorough inspection of them. The filagree and pearl shell bijouterie was especially unique, the quaint designs of Eastern type being only equalled by the rare delicacy and finish of the workmanship. The exhibition is likely to prove attractive for some time to come.
