The Parliamentary papers regarding the Victorian crisis issued, include a despatch from the Secretary of State to the Governor of Victoria, dated 28th February. It sets forth that Sir M. Hicks Beach declines to express an opinion regarding the merits of the dispute on matters appertaining solely to the Government of Victoria, expresses a hope that mutual concessions may be made to bring about a settlement of the difficulties pending between the two branches of the Legislature, and that both the British Government and Sir G. Bowen will keep aloof from the dispute. AUSTRALIAN. Melbouene, March 23. The Australian Eleven, 153 j Victorian Eighteen, 10 for three wickets.
