SITTINGS IN CHAMBERS. Friday, March 16. (Before his Honor Mr Justice Johnston.) His Honor sat in the Court Chambers at II a.m. EE GOODS OF AGNES ALLAN, DECEASED, Mr H. N. Nalder applied for order issuing letters of administration to Johu George Fyfe as eldest surviving son. The case stood over. EE WILL OP GEOEGE FLUTEY, DECEASED. In this case, which was an application of Mr Nalder for probate to be granted to George Bishop, the case stood over for the filing of an affidavit of verification of the sheets of the will. EE GOVERNMENT INSURANCE ACT, 1874, AND RE WILL OF G, B, JOHNSTON, DECEASEDMr Joynt appeared in this case and applied fo? an order appointing Mary Simpson Johntipn as trustee of the money insured on the life of the said deceased. His Honor made the order as prayed. PETITION OF a. SIMPSON AND ESTATE OF A. Y- GADD. Mr Joynt applied under the Debtors and Creditors Act for an order declaring the debtor a bankrupt. The debtor had left the province, but notice of the application and summons calling on the debtor to show cause why he should not be adjudicated a bankrupt had been affixed to the front door of bis business premises. His Honor granted the order, adjudicating the debtor bankrupt and calling a meeting of the creditors for Tuesday, 20th March; notice of meeting to be gazetted immediately. EE DEED OF ARRANGEMENT OP S. R. COLEMAN. In this case, on the application of Mr Wynn Williams, an order was granted declaring the complete execution of the deed of arrangement by the debtor. RE WILL OF JOHN NETHERTON, DECEASED. Mr Wynn Williams applied for an order granting letters of administration to Amelia Netherton as guardian of the minor executrix qf the said will. Hjs Honor made an order granting the application. PE FEEDK, W. LITCHFIELD. This case stood over until next Chamber day.
