MAGISTRATES’ COURTS.
- CHRISTCHURCH. Saturday, March 4. (Before G. L. Hellish, Esq, R.M.) Drunk and Disordbrly.— John Hayes, for this offence, -was fined 20s and cab hire ; Alexander Heron, fined ss; James Standiven, fined 40s; Patrick Ryan, who has been before the Court several times lately, was fined 20s. Illegally on Premises. —Joseph Haskett for being found illegally on the premises of J. Fuller, was fined 20s. Obtaining Goods Under False Pre tences. —Thomas Foster, brought up on a warrant on a charge'of this nature, was remanded, at the request of Inspector Feast, until Monday.
