The directors recommend that a dividend at the rate of 10 per cent per annum for the year ending 31st December last should be declared, and the amount carried to capital account. The report was adopted. The ceremony at the .Synagogue yesterday, on the occasion of the consecration of the new scroll of law, was a very grand affair.
