SITTINGS IN CHAMBERS. Thursday, December 10. (Before His Honor Mr Justice Gresson.) His Honor sat in the Court Chambers at 11 a.m. RE WILL OF HENRY MUNNS, DECEASED. Mr Nalder applied for an order to issue probate to Hester Munns, as widow and sole executrix. His Honor made the order as prayed. RE WILL OP JOHN KELLY. DECEASED. On the application of Mr Nalder, a similar order was made in this case, granting probate to Mary Kelly. RE EXEMPLIFICATION OF WILL OF JOHN TTiiiJL.ira, jwinjiiaarcu: On the application of Mr Wynn Williams, his Honor made an order granting leave to issue letters of administration to Harold Henry De Bourbel, as attorney for executrix and executors named in the said will. The order to be limited to estate in New Zsaland* RE GEORGE CALEB PRICE AND ERNEST DAVID PRICE. Mr Harper applied for an order of adjudication, and fixing of the first meeting of creditors. His Honor made the order, fixing Thursday, December 17th, for first meeting of creditors. RE MIDDLETON AND M'QUADE. On the application of Mr O'Neill, His Honor made an order for. leave to issue debtor's sunmons ; to appear with fourteen days after service of the same. The Court theu rose.
