Mr Slater applied for an order annulling the order of adjudication made in this case. His Honor made the order. RE PETITION OF JOSIAH BIRCH A CREDITOR, AND RE HORATIO JAMES WOOD. Mr Wynn Williams applied for an order of adjudication and fixing of first meeting of creditors. His Honor made the order fixing Wednesday, 21th June at noon, for first meeting of creditors and for bankrupt’s surrender. RE PETITION OF DALGETY AND CO. AND OTHERS, AND RE’ ESTATE OF GEORGE HUTCHINSON. On the application of Mr Harper, the conditional order made herein on 23rd May last, was annulled. MOIR AND ANOTHER V. HIORNS. This was an argument to show cause to a rule nisi. After a very lengthy argument between the learned counsel engaged, his Honor took time to consider.
