Tom Mann declined to accept bail on condition that he did not participate in affairs at Broken Hill. A LATER DEVELOPMENT. MANN ACCEPTS BAIL ON CONDITIONS.

Tom Mann has been granted bail on condition that he leaves the State. He accepted, and goes to Port Pine.
