THE MINERS’ EIGHT HOURS BILL. IMPORTANT CHANGES FOREOASTED. United Press Association, Copyright LONDON, Dec. 10. Lord Lairsdowne forecasted important changes in the Miners’ Eight Hours Bill in committee. The Bill contains a proviso to exclude the time taken in entering and leaving a mine for five years, when ingress .and egress ■will be counted as part of the working day. Lord Lansdowne proposes to cancel tlie latter proviso, leaving any change to a future Parliament.
