LONDON, Nov. 30. -*r' The Tongariro, when making Dover harbor, fouled the breakwater, and caused a considerable rent in her bows. It was necessary to discharge hold No. 1 to make the ship watertight so as to proceed to London. ■ °Both the Tongariro and the Drumlanrig are still beached. When temporary shields have been placed over the damaged parts, the vessels will be towed away.
