AN INTERNATIONAL HANDICAP

A strong committee is arranging an international sculling handicap on the Thames, probably in May, for £SOO sterling, presented by the Nugget Polish -Company, through the "Sportsman.” The committee hope that Australians and New Zealanders will compete.
