THIEF MISSES A HAUL. Press Association. INVERCARGILL, June 1. What is descr.ibod as a rather clumsy case of breaking and entering occurred at tho railway goods shed between Friday night and Saturday morning. On Friday about £IOO was known t 0 be in the drawer in the office ill -anticipation of pay day. The money, however, was put in the safe for the night, -and when the drawer was broken open, the burglar found only a few stamps, which ho seemingly scorned to take.
