He opens the winter show to-morrow, and then proceeds to Invercargill. In conversation with a “Times” reporter, ho said that during the coming session cither an Absolute Majority Bill or a Second Ballot Bill would be put on the Statute Book? Tho Government had not yet decided which one of the two measures would bo proceeded with.
