A PROLONGED HEARING. ■HEAVY EXPENSES. United Press Association—Copyright LONDON, May’ 4. After a hearing lasting 33 days, involving legal expenses totalling £70,900, the King’s Bench awarded Isidore Wyler and the Ibo and Nvassaland Corporation £62,472 damages against Lewis and Marks and other members of the corporation, except Sir Robert Edgecombe, for alleged conspiracy, causing a loss of concessions estimated to be worth a quarter of a million pounds. Wcatheiby, another member of the corporation, was earlier dismissed from the case. An appeal has been entered.
