PROPOSED CANNING FACTORY. ‘ A NAPIER OPINION. (Per’Press Association.) NAPIER, Olay 5. Speaking at a meeting of tile Rabbit Board, the Chairman (Mr Cross) ■drew attention l to a proposal to erect a canning .factory at Waikato, and declared that any attempt to- use the rabbit commercially would seriously handicap the efforts to cope with the pest.
