AUCKLAND APPROBATION OF INVERCARGILL. (Per Press Association. ) AUCKLAND, Mardi 31. At a meeting of the Auckland Province No-License Council to-night, the following resolutions were carried: —“That this Council views with satisfaction the official declaration signed by the Mayor and 100 professional men of Invercargill, testifying to the success'of No-License in that city, which plainly indicates 'that the InvercargilTexperiment may be safely followed by other electorates in the Dominion, and this Council expresses the belief that- the official statement will effectively contradict, if not stop, the false reports circulated by interested persons to discredit the 1 No-License movement.
