CONDUCT OF DAIRIES.
NSW 'REGULATIONS. Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, March 30. The Minister of Agriculture -lias dealt with the complaints made to him by sixty or seventy dairymen when lie was in Christchurch a few weeks ago. He has decided l that no dairyman will be asked to carry out the one bail one cow proposal in accordance with suggestions made at the conference. The new regulations will provide for modified appeal against the decisions of. the stock inspector to a superior officer.
