DIFFICULTY EXPECTED IN PICKING THE JURY. United Press Association—Copyright (Received January 6 10.38 p.m.) NEW YORK, January 6. The District Attorney, Air. Geromo, prosecutes and Air. Al. W. Lyttelton defends Harry Thaw at tlio new trial. Three hundred talesmen have been summoned. It its expected that the selection of the jury will be extremely difficult. Air. Justice Dowling intends to make the trial a model of brevity. Ho is willing to hold night sittings.
