CHIEF OFFICIALS ARRESTED FOR EMBEZZLEMENT. United Press Association— Copyright (Received Dee. 10, 10.55 p.m.) NEW YORK, Dec. 10. Dalziell Brown, manager, Bartnell, director, and Walker, president, of the California Safe Deposit Trust Company, have been arrested on a charge of embezzlement.
