IDENTIFICATION BY A NEW WITNESS. United Press Association —Copyright (Received Dec. 10. 9.5 S p.m.) LONDON, Dec. 10. Several additional witnesses were examined in the Draco caso. One stated that in 1869 he visited his brother, who was T. C. Druee’s coachman at 43, Circus road. Ho saw and spoke to Draco, who resem I,loti tho gentleman in the alleged Druce-Portland photo. He was sure it was not Herbert Draco ho saw.
