Press Association. INVERCARGILL, - Dee. 4. Tho police have been advised that Thomas James Reynolds died at Riverton Hospital to-day from the effects of a wound on the head received while. he was working in Wrey’s bush on Tuesday! Reynolds was binding a loop in tho wire rope of the hauling engine, when tlio engine surged. The rope , tightened and caused an iron bar to fiy round, which hit Reynolds on the temple.
