Three tramway employees, Donovan, Kirkwood, and Farrelly, charged with assaulting a fellow employee, Wilber Ward, who had given evidence against a conductor charged with theft, were committed for. trial by. Air.'Kettle, S.M., who said there was (• l oss perjury on one side or the other. WELLINGTON, Nov. 22 ; At tho "Supreme Court to-day Edward Murtagh avas found guilty of wounding his illegitimate child, and Was remanded for sentence. William Joseph Lowe and John Cornelius Robinson were charged with acsault and robbery at Feilding. The ease was not finished when the Court adjourned till to-morrow.
