/WELLINGTON, Nov. 22. The Union Co.’s ’now turbine steumer Alaori gave another display, of her steaming qualities last night .on her second trip from Lyttelton to Wellington.- The , chief engineov steites that the trip last night was accomplished in 9 hours 25 minutes. The steam&r throughout maintained an average speed of 48.59 knots. Her previous night’s record of 8 hours 50 minutes from WollingFou Heads to Lyttelton Heads was also reduced last night by 6 minutes.
