A DISASTROUS BOILER EXPLOSION.
TWO DRIVERS KILLED
SEVERAL PASSENGERS INJURED

(Received 6.42 p.m , Nov. 11.) SYDNEY, Nov. li. A disastrous tramway boiler explosion occurred to-day (at Concord. Two trams pulled up to exchange staffs, when suddenly the boiler of one exploded with a deafening roar, tho force of the explosion- blowing tho engine’s tank 30 yards away. McCullough, driver of one engine, was killed instantly, and Barclay, driver of the other, succumbed at the hospital to his injuries. The conductor and several passengers were severely scalded, two being removed to the hospital.
GRUESOME DETAILS. SYDNEY, Nov. 11. (Received 0.55 a.m., Nov. 12.) McCullough, the engine driver, on the exploding of tho boiler,was shockingly mutilated. His head was found 30 yards from .the scene. One passenger was hurled 20 yards. The engine which blew up was splintered to fragments.
