Alternatively a lease for 21 years can be acquired. Good Tasmanian potatoes will be procurable on Thursday from Mr. H. Uurrie at 21s 6d per sack (average weight 2001bs). A single gentleman requires board and residence, with private family preferred. Messrs Stephenson and Cook, of Port Chalmers, advertise for sale the launch “Helen Ballance,” 75ft in length with a 12ft beam. If desired she will be renovated or altered to suit intending purchaser.
