ACCIDENTS & FATALITIES.
Press Association. WELLINGTON, Nov. 11. The body of a man, over 50 years of _nge, found floating in the harbor yesterday, and taken to tile morgue, has been identified as that of Arthur McGowan 'Baker, whose wife and family reside in Wellington. Deceased went to Christchurch for a holiday at Cup time, and returned to Wellington last Thursday. He called on iiis wife, but returned to obtain his things .from itlio wharf.
AUCKLAND. Nov. 11
Rone Boulte, one of tho crew of the scow Hum, was killed b.y a mast breaking, through' becoming entangled in willows. It broke off, ■and part fell on Boulte, fracturing bis skull and breaking his neck.
WANGANUI. Nov. 11
A mail named Geo. Glasgow, cook at a flax mill near Waverley, was burned to death in a horse-box at the railway station, Waverley, on Saturday night. It is supposed that he took .shelter from the rain and dropped a lighted match. The body and two horse-trucks were burned to ashes.
