For tlio third day’s racing of -the V.R.C. meeting perfect weather prevailed, and again a very large attendance was recorded. Results: November Hurdles. —Waratali 1, Portcullis 2, Sienna 3. Won by three lengths.- Time, 3min 433 sec. Nursery Handicap.-—Cleis 1, Black Dove 2, Peiulil 3. Won easily. Time, l-inin lf.jsec. Flying Stakes —Mountain King 1, [olaire 2, True Scot 3. The on*y other starter was Master Foote. Betting: 2 to 1 on -the winner, who indulged lolaire with the lead *u the straight, -when he came away and won as lie liked. Time, lmin 27sec. Oirnival Handicap.—Knox 1, Barrenjoey 2, Sivori 3. Six other starters. 'Won by four lengths. Time, Shriii 7jsec. Oaks. —-Ladv Rylstone 1, Lady Diffidence 2, Maltine 3. Also ran: Vaporize, -Lady Kelvan, Juggle. Bett in-g: otol on Lady Diffidence, "2 to 1 against Lady Rylstone. Vaporize and Juggle led alternately for a time, when Lady Diffidence took charge and led into the straight, lint at the distance Lady Rylstone wore her down and won by half ia length.
