NAPIER DRAMATIC STUDENTS.
The Nuclei- Dramatic Students will produce that favorite comedy “Caste” at His Majesty’s Theatre on Saturday next. The Students have'already established a good name in Gisborne, and playgoers will remember with distinct pleasure their fine performance of “The Magistrate" just three years ago. On this occasion they come strengthened bytbe inclusion of fresh talent, and they promise us a performance of all-round merit. “Caste” is a play that always interests. Its enduring qualities atrpeur to lie in a thread of a plot built up with an almost human touch. The characters are clear-cut types of life, and for this reason give scope for good acting. Above all, “Caste” is clean and wholesome, and an audience is always the better for seeing it. Sir. Galbraith arrived by the Victoria on Saturday morning to complete the necessary arrangements for the Students’ visit. The box plan will he opened at Miller’s, and early boobing is advisable.
