(Received Oct. 13, 4.37 p.m.) LONDON, Oct. 12. The. Wine and -Spirit Association is prosecuting a Kensington tradesman for selling as . Burgundy .a hottlo of Key of Keystone Burgundy, which is Australian and not a product of the French Burgundy district. The labels contained no reference to Australia. The proprietors of tile Keystone brand said they proposed before the -prosecution started to have a certificate from the South Australian Government Analyst printed on the label. The prosecution was adjourned.
