A CHARGE OF PERJURY.

'George Druee has obtained a summons against Herbert Druee for perjury in swearing that he saw Thomrs Charles Druee, his father, dead in a coffin in December, 18C4. Counsel said a number of witnesses dud deposed that they saw Druee aliie many years later. The ’ummoaa is returnable in a fortnight.
