In the Supreme Court John Desmond, at present serving a sentence, was sentenced to an additional 12 months for forgery and uttering. Albert- Roberts, aged 21, for theft of jewellery from a dwelling, was sentenced to three years’ hard labor, the Judge saying this offenco must be put down. The' attention of the Hon. J. A.
