A BANKRUPT’S AFFAIRS.
Press Association. WELLINGTON, September 11. Wm. Geo. Tustin, paperhnnger, was charged under the Bankruptcy Act, before Air. IliddelL, S.AI., this afternoon, with having contracted debts without any reasonable ground or expectation of being able to pay them as well as Iris other debts; also with having within three years before the commencement of' his bankruptcy failed to keep proper books of account.
Air. Fell, for the prosecution, said the parties had' consented to an adjournment for two weeks in order to permit of defendant being rep resented by Air. Young, his solicitor. Hi’s Worship agreed to the adjournment.
