At the S.AI. Court to-dliy Percy Stevens, grocer, AVellington, was charged with having (1) by false representation and (2) by a false statement of li.is affairs obtained goods from A. S. Paterson and Co. Air. Neave appeared for defendant, and entered picas of guilty. His Worship took into consideration defendant’s previous good record, and convicted him on each information, and ordered him to come up for sentence Avhen calk'd upon.
