Amin Es Sultaneh, recently appointed Premier of Persia under the new constitution, was assassinated at Teheran when leaving the National Council,- wliero lie was unpopular owing to his tendencies not being tegardod sufficiently advanced. .His treatment of tho Turco-Pcrsian incident was not considered sufficiently energetic.
