THE TROUBLE WITH MORENGA
United Press Association —Copyright Received August 20, 11 p.m. . CAPETOAVN, August 20. Dr. Jameson explained in the Assembly that tho Government was bound to release Morenga when hostilities ceased. It was arranged that he reside at Upington. He nad instructed the police to prevent him recrossing the frontier without the Magistrate’s permission. He evaded their vigilance and pursuit, and succeeded in re-crossing. The Government extremely regretted the untoward incident.
