Breach of Second-hand Dealers’ Act.—-W. J. M. Attwood was fined £2, with 7s costs, far failing to enter purchases of goods in a book kept for the purpose. The Bench intimated that if a like offence was again committed defendant would lose his license.

Drunkenness.—Frederick Seeker was charged with having been found drunk, and was convicted and fined the sum of £l, with costs 2s. in default four days’ imprisonment.—Joseph Vincent Hourigan was fined 18s, with costs 2s, in default 48 hours’ imprisonment.—A first offender was dealt with in file usual manner.— Thomas Quinn was convicted and fined 18s, with costs 2s, in default 48 hours’ imprisonment. Obscene Language.-—Thomas Quinn was convicted and fined the sum of £3, with costs 2s, in default 7 days’ imprisonment.
