(Special to Times.) WELLINGTON, last night. The first of the usual sessional Par liamentary dinners is being given at Government House this evening. The Customs tariff resolutions will bo attached to tho Financial State ment, which is promised to-morrow. The Land Bills will be brought down singly on other days.
