Sir Henry Wrixori 'was, re-elected President of the Council, and Sir John Madden Speaker of the Assembly. ■ „ HOBART, July 9. Parliament has been opened. The Speech referred to the flourishing condition of the finances. If the estimated revenue to be returned by the Commonwealth were realised free education would be granted.
