United Press Association— Copyright LONDON, July 8. The Ulster King of Arms kept the hi the Birmingham tower of Dublin Castle. The Star of St. Patrick was worth £30,000, a diamond badge £10,500, and gold collars £4OOO. Received July 9, 10.13 p.m. Many other jewels worth thousands of pounds were untouched. Tlie safe was unlocked and uninjured, though '* it is believed it was locked on June 11 tli, when the insignia was last seen. ,
