GUNS FOR JAPAN.

United Press Association—Copyright Received Julv 9, 11.50 p.m. BERLIN, July 9. Japan has placed with Krumps heavy orders for 12-inch guns for her Dreadnoughts, owing to English works being fully occnpied constructing 120 such guns for the ships of Britain and other powers. Krupps’ order will cost three million pounds, and afford emplovment to 31,000 additional men. Immensely extended works have been ordered to be prepared to meet the new demand.
