AUCKLAND, yesterday. Air. Justice Denniston granted decrees nisi : in the cases of . Alildred Murray v. Sidney Alexander Murray, misconduct; and William Dudley Crombie v. Elizabeth Crombie and Lindsay John Garnison (co-respond-ent), misconduct. WELLINGTON, last night.

A decree nisi was granted to-clay in the divorce case, Frances Alary Thomas v. Joseph Thomas. In the divorce case James Johnson versus Sarah Johnson and Edward Benge, an application for divorce and £5Ol danjages from co-resoondent, the jury found that respondent and co-respondent had not beeD guilty of misconduct. Judgment was entered accordingly, ho order being made as to costs.
