FEILDING, yesterday. ~W. Mai travel's, ■ clerk of the Court here, committed suicide this morning by shooting himself through the head with a revolver. No cause is at present '■> assigned for the deed. Deceased had been'in the service since 1877, and before that took part m tlio Maori war. He was 61 years old. ' REEFTON, yesterday. A miner named William Buckley, supposed to be a. Tasmanian,- cut his throat at the Globe mine last night. He was of a morbid temperament. No other reason is known. %
