BERLIN, June 10. The JDusseldorf Iron and Steel Exchange announces a serious diminution in large orders, "(his, couplpd with other information, is interpreted to mean the boom that German industry has enjoyed since 19.02 is about ended. The high bank rate, the concomitant of the boom,. had the advantage, which is now' apparent, of preventing many manufacture!s enlarging their works.
