The Daily Chronicle spates that tho Government’s plan of dealing with the House of Lords will provide that all vetoed measures shall be kept on the House of Commons’ minutes and sent up again without repassing all stages. Any accumulation of rejected .Bills will be sent up in bulk oji the eve of a general /election.
